Dr. med. Antonio Francesko Müller – General Practitioner

Dr. med. Antonio Francesko Müller is a general practitioner with professional experience in primary care as well as in the fields of rheumatology, psychiatry, preventive medicine, and musculoskeletal medicine. Before studying medicine, he completed training as a physical therapist and also earned a college certification as a nutritionist. As a result, his professional career combines medical, exercise therapy, and preventive perspectives.

General practice focuses on the comprehensive medical care of adults. This includes, among other things, the evaluation and treatment of acute symptoms, the management of chronic conditions, preventive health screenings, laboratory diagnostics, and the coordination of follow-up specialist examinations and therapies.

During his medical practice, Dr. Müller gained experience at a family practice and a dialysis center in Switzerland. His responsibilities there included primary care, laboratory medicine, the care of patients with chronic conditions, and preventive and screening examinations.

He gained further clinical experience in rheumatology, with a focus on disorders of the musculoskeletal system. His work included, among other things, joint injections, the interpretation of musculoskeletal X-rays, and ultrasound-guided examinations. In the field of psychiatry and psychosomatics, he also addressed psychiatric disorders, substance use disorders, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention.

Another area of focus is preventive medicine and personalized health care. This includes evidence-based check-up and screening programs as well as the assessment of potential micronutrient deficiencies. In addition, Dr. Müller has expertise in abdominal sonography, point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS), and emergency sonography.
