Dr. Raffaele Grimaldi 

After specializing in general medicine in France and England, Dr. Grimaldi spent many years in England, where he worked as a Specialty Doctor in psychiatry and child psychiatry at prestigious teaching hospitals, from Warneford Hospital in Oxford to the Royal Free Hospital in London.

He also took part in research projects combining general medicine and mental health in Colchester and Cambridge.

He then moved to Switzerland, where he practiced in major psychiatric hospitals and private clinics at the cutting edge of psychiatry and psychotherapy in Zurich and the canton of Bern.

He has also obtained numerous university degrees and passed examinations in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Therapy.

He is also doing part-time training in psychiatry and psychotherapy in Zurich, and a theory course at the University of Bern's Faculty of Psychiatry UPD (Webe plus).

He currently works as a practicing physician at our center, where his skills lie at the interface between somatic medicine and psychiatry, ranging from somatoform disorders to adult and child neuropsychiatry, as well as eating disorders, psychosomatic pathologies, chronic pain syndromes, socio-psychological conflicts, anxiety disorders, depression with somatic expression and intractable insomnia;

Its aim is to apply motivational techniques to various somatic pathologies, in particular for disease prevention and monitoring.

He adopts a holistic approach to medicine, which is no longer about curing, but about fostering the development and optimal maintenance of clients' psychosomatic health,
