The initial contact is handled by our medical dispatch center, staffed by healthcare professionals trained to assess medical situations. This service allows us to conduct an initial assessment and arrange for care tailored to your condition directly at home or refer you to a more appropriate service.

MedHome doctors visit you at home or at your workplace, allowing for care without the need to travel, particularly in cases of limited mobility or the need for a rapid assessment.

After each visit, a medical report is sent to your primary care physician to ensure continuity of care.
