Marion Mordasini is a certified practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method, a gentle and accessible somatic approach. It aims to improve movement quality, reduce muscular tension and chronic pain, and promote overall well-being through body awareness.

🌀 An approach to regain mobility, ease, and serenity

The Feldenkrais Method is based on the body’s and nervous system’s ability to learn new, more fluid, and efficient movement patterns. It is especially suitable for those who wish to:

• Relieve chronic pain (back, shoulders, hips, hands…)
• Improve posture and joint mobility
• Reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional blocks
• Reconnect with their body at their own pace

This gentle method is appropriate for all ages, with no physical prerequisites.

📍 Individual sessions exclusively at home

Marion offers custom home-based sessions in three main regions:

• The canton of Jura, Bernese Jura, and Seeland (including Delémont, Biel/Bienne, Tavannes, La Neuveville)
• The Aigle region, in Chablais Vaudois, near Bex, Monthey, Villars-sur-Ollon, and Ollon
• The Lausanne and Neuchâtel areas

All individual sessions take place at the client’s home, in a familiar and peaceful setting conducive to relaxation and learning.

🧘 Weekly group session online (via Zoom)

Each week, Marion also leads a remote group session via Zoom, perfect for discovering the Feldenkrais Method from the comfort of your home.
