Marion Mordasini is a certified practitioner of the __Feldenkrais Method__, a gentle and accessible somatic approach. It aims to improve movement quality, reduce muscular tension and chronic pain, and promote overall well-being through __body awareness__.
🌀 __An approach to regain mobility, ease, and serenity__
The Feldenkrais Method is based on the body’s and nervous system’s ability to learn new, more fluid, and efficient movement patterns. It is especially suitable for those who wish to:
- Relieve chronic pain (back, shoulders, hips, hands…)
- Improve posture and joint mobility
- Reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional blocks
- Reconnect with their body at their own pace
This gentle method is appropriate for all ages, with no physical prerequisites.
📍 __Individual sessions exclusively at home__
Marion offers __custom home-based sessions__ in three main regions:
- The __canton of Jura__, __Bernese Jura__, and __Seeland__ (including Delémont, Biel/Bienne, Tavannes, La Neuveville)
- The __Aigle region__, in __Chablais Vaudois__, near Bex, Monthey, Villars-sur-Ollon, and Ollon
- The __Lausanne__ and __Neuchâtel__ areas
All individual sessions take place __at the client’s home__, in a familiar and peaceful setting conducive to relaxation and learning.
🧘 __Weekly group session online (via Zoom)__
Each week, Marion also leads a __remote group session via Zoom__, perfect for discovering the Feldenkrais Method from the comfort of your home.
