I have always had a desire to relieve pain through touch. This dream led me to become __a massage therapist and physical therapist__ 24 years ago. Fifteen years of practice have given me a solid understanding of movement, physiology, and pathologies.
In 2006, I discovered __fasciatherapy__, an approach that transformed the way I treat patients. My touch has become more refined—gentle, precise, and deep—and I’ve come to understand how deeply the __fascia__ connect the body, emotions, and inner experiences. Since then, I’ve been supporting people holistically: physically, psychologically, and perceptually.
I am also trained in __perceptual coaching__, an approach that integrates the body, deep listening, and personal transformation.

Coaching - The Rhythm of Life
I support people going through a life transition: a breakdown, a breakup, or a change
My approach is based on three stages: accepting what is falling apart, identifying and understanding what is happening, and then moving through it by letting yourself be guided—through words and through the body.
This transition can occur at any age—a breakup, a loss, a change in direction. It is particularly intense between the ages of 45 and 55,
when multiple changes overlap (children leaving home, aging parents, physical changes). I discuss this
