For as long as I can remember, I've wanted to ease pain through touch. This dream led me to become a __physiotherapist__ 24 years ago. Fifteen years of practice have given me a solid understanding of movement, physiology and pathologies.
In 2006, I discovered __fasciatherapy__, an approach that has transformed the way I provide support. My touch became more refined (gentle, precise and deep) and I understood how __fascia__ connects the body, emotions and inner experience. Since then, I've been accompanying people in their physical, psychological and perceptive wholeness.
I am also trained in __perceptive coaching__, an approach that links the body, deep listening and personal transformation.

__Perceptive coaching enables you to use your body to clarify a situation, go through a change, rediscover your inner focus and make better choices.__
__It's important to embark on a process over several months. Remote coaching possible, via zoom.__
