\* Who am I?
My name is Laetitia Ladurelle. I trained as a physical therapist (graduating in 2004) and, starting in 2009, I specialized in the Danis Bois method of fasciatherapy, which is the only modality I practice today. I see patients in Morges at the Centre Santé, Éveil et Vitalité, located at 24 Rue de Couvaloup.
\* Who is this for?
I particularly work with people whose stress manifests physically: tension, anxiety, exhaustion, burnout, shock, or life crises. I also treat back and neck pain, migraines, irritable bowel syndrome, and the aftereffects of injuries, as well as athletes, thanks to my experience at the elite level.
\* Fasciatherapy
A manual and hands-on therapy that combines the power of gentleness with the precision and depth of a therapeutic touch, attuned to the body’s needs. It helps release tension, promote calm, and reignite your inner vitality. * When the Body Holds a Memory Traumatic events, periods of stress, and life’s challenges can leave lasting imprints in the fascia. Fasciatherapy helps release these imprints from the body. It is an excellent complement to resilience work conducted in psychotherapy or psychological counseling: what we understand intellectually can also find healing within the body.
\* My Approach
Gentleness, active listening, non-judgment, and technical precision are at the heart of each of my sessions, complementing medical care.
\* Duration and Fee:
Each session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes and costs 150 CHF.
Payment is due at the end of the session and can be made via Twint, bank transfer, or cash.
\* Reimbursement
I am ASCA-certified to practice Fasciatherapy: coverage may be available depending on your supplemental insurance plan. Please check with your insurer.
Note: I do not accept referrals for physical therapy.
\* Cancellation
If something unexpected prevents you from attending, please let me know as soon as possible so that the spot can be offered to someone on the waiting list. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the session, or any missed appointment, will result in a cancellation fee of CHF 80.– (not covered by insurance). Thank you for your understanding.
