Catherine Schwyzer offers fasciatherapy, a gentle manual technique that acts on fascia – the connective tissue surrounding muscles and organs. This method helps release tension, restore internal tissue mobility, and support the body’s natural healing process.

Certified by ASCA and RME, her sessions are eligible for reimbursement through most complementary health insurances. Please check with your provider before your first appointment.

Session duration: 45 to 60 minutes – Price: 130 CHF.

Appointments cancelled less than 24h in advance will be charged.

How a session works:

Treatment begins with gentle manual contact to detect tension in the body. The patient remains clothed, lying on a treatment table. In a second phase, the session continues with sensorial movement exercises, done sitting or standing, to strengthen the effects of the therapy.

Acute issues may require 2–3 sessions; chronic problems generally need 5–10.
