Fascia is a privileged gateway to the whole person, enabling healing of body and mind.

MDB Fasciatherapyisa person-centred, gentle and holistic approach that has its origins in functional osteopathy and the work of psychologist Carl Rogers. It is a mind-body method that connects us with our inner perceptions, resilience and vitality. Using manual and gestural techniques, we will restore mobility to your tissues and your thoughts.

Fasciatherapy is prescribed in particular for problems of hypersensitivity, stress, muscular tension, chronic pain or following physical or emotional shocks.

In the case of tinnitus, I offer manual therapy, verbal interviews and spatialization exercises, with the aim of reducing tinnitus severity and/or intensity. Typically, 3 to 5 sessions are required for acute pain, and 6 to 10 for chronic conditions.

Fasciatherapy sessions are fully clothed, so please bring soft, comfortable clothing.

ASCA, RME, EGK and CarteCultureaccredited: First session 1h30, then 1h10 for follow-up sessions.
