__1. Method__
Fasciatherapy is a __manual and gestural therapy__ focused on the client and the development of his/her internal resources. In addition to its curative approach, it combines an educational and relational dimension that takes a holistic approach to the client, making him or her an active participant in the health process. __In particular, it emphasizes the unity of body and psyche, the relational dimension of touch and the importance of movement and perception in health__.
It takes its name from the fascias, membranes that envelop all the structures of the body (bones, muscles, viscera, vascular and nervous systems...) and link them together, contributing to their proper functioning and thus contributing to the coherence and stability of the body as a whole. As the__body's largest sensory organ__, fascia is directly connected to the central nervous system, to which it constantly transmits proprioceptive, nociceptive and interoceptive information.
__2. Benefits__
Fascia is widely implicated in __body perception, self-awareness, pain processes, emotional regulation and major systems__. Fasciatherapy can be used to support people suffering from __acute or chronic pain, somatization, malaise, stress, etc.__, as __well__ as to meet the needs of people in need of treatment. It also responds to the needs of people wishing to learn about their relationship with their body and gain autonomy in their approach to health.

I qualified as a __fasciatherapist__ in 2024 and as a __Bach Flower Therapist__ in 2021. My aim is to support you holistically, helping you to regain physical, emotional and psychological balance.
Each session is unique and entirely personalized. My holistic approach is based on attentive listening and a deep respect for your individuality, to best meet your specific needs.
My atypical background, driven by a deep passion for natural therapies, encourages me to pursue ongoing training. This quest for excellence reflects my commitment to my professional reconversion and my aspiration to obtain official recognition, such as the __Certificat de branches__ and the __Diplôme fédéral__ issued by the__OrTra TC__
