Dr. Richard Mbundu Ilunga 

Dr. Richard MBUNDU ILUNGA, a physician with dual FMH specialization in Endocrinology and Diabetology and in General Internal Medicine, provides consultations on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in his practice at La Lignière in Crissier. He welcomes patients from the age of 16, and offers consultations for treatment and follow-up:

• Diabetic patients (type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes).
• Diabetic feet (treatment of wounds, assessment/prescription of suitable shoes and/or insoles, aids).
• Endocrine diseases (thyroid, parathyroid, pituitary, adrenal).
• Polycystic ovary syndrome (menstrual disorders, amenorrhea, acne, hirsutism), endocrine erectile disorders (low testosterone in men).
• Metabolic disorders (obesity, excess cholesterol and/or triglycerides).

Prior to opening his own practice, Dr Richard MBUNDU ILUNGA held the position of Assistant Head of Clinic in the Endocrinology, Diabetology and Metabolism Department at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois (CHUV), Lausanne.
