Driven by a passion for personalized support, Ms. Bastide helps her patients build a more peaceful and balanced relationship with food and their bodies. She guides them in reconnecting with their true needs and deeper desires, all while honoring their personal values.

Her compassionate and individualized approach takes into account each person’s unique circumstances, including any medical conditions, to help them adopt sustainable eating habits aligned with what truly matters to them.

A graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Human Nutrition since 2014, Ms. Bastide has continued to expand her expertise over the years through a wide range of experiences and specialized training:

• 2025: Training in sleep disorders (CBT), schema therapy, ACT (ongoing)
• 2024: ASDD-certified Dietitian-Nutritionist – childhood overweight and obesity, smoking cessation
• 2023–2024: Mindfulness applied to dietetics – MBSR cycle
• 2022: Hypnosis in psychonutrition, EFT
• 2021–2024: Specialized Dietitian at Hôpital de La Tour (Geneva)
