My vision

The quality of life of my patients is particularly important to me. The impact of diseases of the skin, hair and nails is often underestimated. With the exception of skin cancer, these are almost never life-threatening, but often have a severe impact on quality of life and self-esteem. It is important to me to practise evidence-based medicine. This means that I treat according to the latest scientific findings and apply these together with you on an individualized basis.

Dermatology/surgery with passion

Dermatology is undoubtedly (for me) the most exciting subject in medicine. The spectrum from the most serious, life-threatening diseases to purely aesthetic or lifestyle medicine is just as broad as the underlying biological processes. Easy accessibility with the naked eye and minor surgical procedures allow curiosity to be pursued and research to be carried out that is useful for patient care. Patients can often be helped quickly and sustainably in a relatively simple way.
