Craniosacral therapy originates from osteopathy and works deeply on the central nervous system. Medical massages target the muscles and connective tissue, while trauma therapy addresses the psycho-emotional aspects of individuals. The combination of these different approaches, along with my empathy and attentive listening, enables patients to learn and master managing their daily lives with effective tools.
