Ms Séverine Khelfa 

Séverine Khelfa is both a Craniosacral Therapist and an IBCLC Lactation Consultant.

After working for several years in maternity wards as an Auxiliaire de puériculture and then as a lactation consultant, she set up independently in 2013 as an IBCLC-certified lactation consultant and has accompanied thousands of families.

Having trained extensively on sucking disorders in the context of breastfeeding problems, it was natural for her to turn to oro-myofunctional disorders in a broader sense. She became a craniosacral therapist in 2023, and has undergone further training in pediatric osteopathy and oro-myofunctional disorders.

Séverine can help you with all your breastfeeding problems (pain, cracks, mastitis, blocked pores, insufficient weight gain, weaning, returning to work, diversification, physiological carrying) and will relieve your baby of all types of discomfort (gas, colic, reflux, restlessness at the breast, poor suckling, hypertensive babies, cranial deformities).

As a specialist in oro-myofunctional disorders , Séverine can help you and your child with :

• weaning from the thumb or lozenge
• managing restrictive mouth brakes
• orthodontic treatment
• bruxism
• cranial/cervical/back pain
• restoration of nasal breathing and lingual function
• otitis and ENT infections

Séverine works in a multi-disciplinary team with speech therapists, orthodontists, ENT specialists, dentists, physiotherapists and osteopaths, and can refer you if necessary.

Séverine also treats adults.

Séverine also consults 1 Wednesday a month at the Riviera Dental Center in St Légier for oro-myofunctional check-ups for children aged 4 and over, in consultation with orthodontist Dr Paulus and pedodontist Dr Ferrante Carrante.
