Craniosacral therapy is a manual technique inspired by osteopathy. It works deeply on the connective tissues (fascia) to support the body’s natural balance, harmonize internal rhythms, and release physical and emotional tension. It can help with chronic pain, migraines, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, as well as stress and anxiety.
