Trained as a physiotherapist, I facilitate awareness of tensions and harmonize breathing, bringing about tangible transformations in daily life with regard to muscular pain, acute or chronic joint pain, torticollis, herniated discs, sleep and digestive disorders; anxiety; certain migraines, tinnitus, bruxism, post-fracture status, through gentle touch and tissue work on muscles and the nervous system, via the lever arms of fascia, cranium and sacrum.

The parasympathetic nervous system (vagus nerve) is thus stimulated and the person's resources strengthened, in the most holistic way possible.

A therapist for over 23 years, specialized in craniosacral therapy, she offers consultations at her practice at Place Grand-Saint-Jean 1, 1003 Lausanne, as well as at Espace Reste Un Peu, 1042 Assens, and in open water on Lake Geneva, where she offers her clients deep apnea baptisms as the icing on the cake of her approach to respiratory therapy. From January 2026, a warm-water slot for AquaFlow Therapy™: craniosacral therapy in water combined with therapeutic breathing and apnea sensitive™ . Unique in Romandie, my clientele already in consultation has priority.

Recognized by the RME, (with ASCA from 2009 to 2020, in the process of re-registration) Estelle offers treatments that can be covered by almost all complementary insurances. ( Please check, however, especially with Groupe Mutuel since 2024)
