Nervous System Regulation – Emotional Support – Somatic and Holistic Care

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach rooted in osteopathy. It works directly with the nervous system and supports the body’s innate capacity for self-regulation.

This therapy offers support for somatic pain (migraines, tension, chronic pain), the effects of stress or trauma (anxiety, sleep disorders, life shocks), as well as key life transitions (pregnancy, post-partum, family or career changes).

It is suitable for adults, infants, children, and families.

Sessions are ASCA recognised and may be partially reimbursed by supplementary health insurance, depending on your coverage.

What to Expect During ?

At your first appointment, we’ll take the time to discuss your medical history, your current state of health, what you’re going through at the moment, and what you hope to gain from the therapy.

The session takes place fully clothed, lying comfortably on a treatment table. I use gentle, non-intrusive contact on different areas of the body, such as the feet, spine, core, or head.

During the treatment, you may experience various sensations, such as :

• Deep relaxation
• A dream-like or drowsy state, sometimes accompanied by memories or colours
• Awareness of subtle pulsing rhythms
• Feelings of warmth or coolness

Many people describe Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy as deeply calming and relaxing. At times, more intense emotions or sensations may arise during a session — this is completely natural. It can happen when areas of the body that have been holding tension for a long time begin to release and shift.

For many, this opens up a new sense of vitality, energy, and lightness in their lives.

BCST supports processes of change and healing by respecting the natural pace of each body. As each person’s rhythm is unique, several sessions may be needed. The effects of the work often continue to unfold in the days following the session.

Duration & Fees

• Craniosacral session : 1h15 → CHF 140.–
• Cranio/Tuning forks session : 1h30 → CHF 190.–
• Mother/bb : 1h → 140.-
• Child session : 50 min → 90.-

Cash payment preferred.

You will receive an invoice by email to submit to your ASCA-affiliated supplementary health insurer for reimbursement.

Each client is responsible for checking directly with their insurer whether method 180 (biodynamic craniosacral therapy) is covered under their supplementary plan.
