a federally certified complementary therapist with over 25 years of professional experience. I am passionate about craniosacral therapy, a gentle and holistic method that helps the body to regain its inner balance.

My professional career began as a qualified physiotherapist, where I was able to gain valuable experience in various areas - from working in a regional hospital to a specialist hospital for lung and vascular diseases to the Swiss Medical Center Move>med in Zurich. These positions have shaped my deep understanding of the human body and its healing powers. Today, I complement this knowledge with specializations in biodynamic cardiovascular therapy, visceral and craniosacral osteopathy.

I have been working at the discover-health.center in Freienbach since 2015, where I help my clients to improve their quality of life. Whether it's herniated discs, migraines, neck tension or stress management - I am there to support you with my expertise and an open ear. For me, the focus is on you as a person. Humor, understanding and appreciation are particularly important to me in my work.

In addition to my professional work, I love sport, chocolate and spending time with my husband.
