Ms Birgit Sachers 

Hello, I’m Birgit Sachers,

a federally certified complementary therapist with over 25 years of experience. My passion is Craniosacral Therapy, a gentle and holistic approach that helps the body regain its inner balance.

My professional journey began as a certified physiotherapist, where I gained valuable experience in various settings – from working in a regional hospital to a specialized clinic for lung and vascular diseases, and later at the Swiss Medical Center Move>med in Zurich. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the human body and its healing processes. Today, I complement this knowledge with specializations in Biodynamic Cardiovascular Therapy, Visceral Osteopathy, and Craniosacral Osteopathy.

Since 2015, I have been practicing at the discover-health.center in Freienbach, where I help my clients improve their quality of life. Whether you’re dealing with herniated discs, migraines, neck tension, or stress, I’m here to support you with my expertise and a listening ear. For me, you, as a person, are at the heart of my work. Humor, understanding, and respect are values I hold dear in my practice.

Outside of work, I enjoy sports, chocolate, and spending quality time with my husband.
