I'm a naturopath and complementary therapist with advanced federal diploma of higher education, specialized in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. With my firm belief in the body's innate self-healing powers, I offer a holistic approach to medicine and am pleased to support you on your path.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on therapeutic approach that supports the body’s natural self-regulation and healing processes. It works with subtle rhythmic movements within the body to promote balance in the nervous system and overall well-being. Through light, attentive touch and a resource-oriented dialogue, the therapy aims to enhance physical, emotional, and mental health by fostering the body’s inherent capacity for balance and regeneration.

Additionally, at the Centre Aurelia, I offer Lomi-Lomi massages. This full body massage comes from Hawai and offers a profound and transforming experience. This massage is not reimbursed by your health insurance.

As supervisior I offer supervision for complementary therapists, as well as to students in biodynamic craniosacral therapy.

As a mentor I give support during training in craniosacral therapy.
