Leadership Coach

It makes me feel alive when I can accompany people in developing inner resources that enable them to develop resilience and authentic leadership in challenging situations. Through mindful coaching, I accompany the medical work.

Only those who know themselves well, reflect on themselves and set meaningful goals can be healthy and successful in the long term. Based on 15 years of coaching experience and a further 10+ years in management positions in various sectors, I focus on the individual context and am a sparring partner for suitable strategies.
