Dr. Otilia Gudana, MSc — Founder of Health OG, a holistic wellness practice that combines health coaching, yoga, and Ayurvedic nutrition into a single approach. Background in psychosomatic medicine and behavioral science. The work at Health OG consists exclusively of non-medical wellness coaching.
The focus is on helping people with heavy responsibilities regain balance—calming the nervous system, restoring rhythm and sleep, and building sustainable daily habits. The work combines three strands: movement (yoga & breathwork), nutrition (Ayurvedic eating), and mind (evidence-informed health coaching).
Sessions last 15 to 120 minutes, either in person in Zug or by the lake, or entirely online via encrypted Swiss servers, in German, English, Hungarian, or Romanian. Evidence-based, FADP- and GDPR-compliant.
