## Simon - Personal Trainer
Do you want to get back into exercise, regain your energy, build strength, or improve your performance, but aren’t sure where to start?
I’ll guide you with a personalized, progressive approach tailored to your daily life. The goal isn’t just to make you sweat for an hour, but to help you better understand your body, make lasting progress, and become more self-reliant in your fitness routine.
A graduate of the University of Lausanne’s School of Sports Science, I’m passionate about sports, health, movement, and performance. I place a strong emphasis on the quality of movement, progress, and building a stronger, more flexible, and more resilient body.
My coaching is particularly geared toward people who wish to:
- resume physical activity with confidence;
- improve their overall physical condition;
- gain strength and mobility;
- lose weight in a sustainable way;
- feel good again after a period of inactivity;
- maintain their health and physical abilities over the long term;
- prepare for a sporting goal—whether it’s a race, a trail run, a triathlon, a cycling event, or any other endurance challenge—with a structured training plan that allows them to make progress, better manage their effort, and arrive at the starting line in top condition.
Everyone comes with their own story, fitness level, limitations, and goals. Sessions are therefore tailored to each individual, with no generic program or imposed method.
You don’t need to be an experienced athlete to get started. The starting point is simply your current fitness level.
## Sports Coaching
## Individual Strength Training Session – 1 hour: 80 CHF
A session fully tailored to your needs, your fitness level, and your goals.
The session may focus on:
- strength training;
- physical conditioning;
- mobility;
- coordination;
- general fitness;
- returning to sports;
- injury prevention;
- improving your everyday movements.
For endurance athletes, sessions can also include specific training in strength, mobility, efficient movement, and injury prevention, in addition to running, trail running, cycling, or triathlon.
Each session is tailored to your current fitness level and progress.
## Remote coaching with an initial in-person or video conference consultation: 130 CHF per month
Ideal support for those who wish to train independently while benefiting from a structured program and regular follow-up.
The program includes:
- an in-depth initial consultation;
- a fully personalized program;
- a schedule tailored to your needs;
- detailed and progressive training sessions;
- regular monitoring of your progress;
- adjustments based on your feedback, constraints, and availability;
- unlimited communication via WhatsApp or by phone.
The various personalized sessions are sent directly to a dedicated app, along with the exercises, instructions, and schedule.
They can also be viewed on a compatible smartwatch, so you have your workout right on your wrist and can minimize disruptions before and during the session.
You don’t just receive a program—you’re supported throughout the entire process.
As part of the remote coaching, you can also add in-person strength training sessions for 70 __CHF per hour__, starting with one session per month.
## Physical Assessments
## Targeted Physical Assessment – 1 hour: 120 CHF
An assessment designed to better understand your current fitness level and identify the most important areas to focus on.
Two options depending on your goals:
→ Testing of training zones and thresholds on a treadmill or stationary bike.
→ Joint and physical assessment, including an evaluation of mobility, strength, and coordination.
This assessment helps you move beyond guesswork and develop a training program that is more precise, more consistent, and better tailored to your profile.
## Comprehensive Physical Assessment – 2 hours: 180 CHF
A comprehensive assessment including:
- endurance;
- training zones and thresholds;
- mobility;
- strength;
- coordination;
- overall fitness.
This assessment provides a comprehensive overview of your current abilities, helps identify your strengths and priorities, and then sets a clear direction for your future training.

I prioritize a personalized, accessible, and challenging approach—without unnecessary pressure.
The goal is to offer you guidance that you can truly incorporate into your life—not a program that looks perfect on paper but is impossible to follow.
We move forward step by step, with realistic goals, clear explanations, and follow-up tailored to your progress.

Sports coaching is not covered by health insurance.
__Payment methods:__ cash, TWINT, or invoice.
