Over ten years ago, I began my journey into the world of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), driven by the desire for personal growth. From the very beginning, I was captivated by this approach: it taught me that in every relationship — whether professional, emotional, or social — there are always two perspectives, two points of view. I understood that we can only positively influence our relationships when we have a clear understanding of our values and goals, our true "raison d'être." This awareness marked a turning point in my path, leading me to deepen my studies and ultimately create my coaching practice: Lofi Coaching Café. Today, I support businesses, professionals, and individuals in their journey of personal, relational, and professional growth.
