As a certified NLP Coach and Practitioner, I guide you on a journey focused on emotional management, refocusing, and burnout prevention. At my Lutry office, through practical exercises and compassionate discussions, we will explore your resources, values, and personal strategies to foster lasting balance.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a set of concrete tools that helps you overcome your blockages, better understand your internal workings, and create alignment between your actions and what matters most to you.

My approach combines calming, discoveries, and practical solutions to enable you to better manage your inner world, strengthen your confidence, and move toward authentic fulfillment.

Education:

• Graduated as a nurse from the IFSI La Blancarde in Marseille in 2017.
• Continuing training in emergency and intermediate care.
• Graduated as a Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming in 2025.
• Graduated as a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (in progress).

Flexible, sliding scale pricing:

The first introductory session costs CHF 130.

The price per session then decreases according to the number of sessions booked:

• Up to 3 sessions, each session costs CHF 120.-
• Between 3 and 5 sessions, each session costs CHF 110.-
• Beyond 5 sessions, each session costs CHF 100.-

If you already know how many sessions you want, you can book one of the following packages directly:

• "Walk" Package – 3 sessions
• "Excursion" Package – 5 sessions
• "Exploration" Package – 10 sessions

This package allows you to progress at your own pace, with personalized support tailored to your needs.

• By car: 3 visitor parking spaces are located 20 meters from the entrance.
• By bus: No. 68, Lutry Colline stop, 2-minute walk.
• By train: La Conversion station, 5-minute walk.
