Rebalancing your daily life sometimes means relearning how to fully inhabit your emotions, your relationships, and the meaning you give them.

I'm Clement, a certified NLP coach and practicioner, and I support you in Lutry through personal and professional transitions, particularly around balancing your relationship and work life.

My approach is caring, practical and deeply human. It combines inner exploration, refocusing and building confidence, while respecting your pace and values.

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is a gentle method based on concrete tools to understand your inner workings, overcome your blockages and develop new ressources.

Each session is a space for listening, getting moving and discovery.

Education:

• Graduated as a nurse from the IFSI La Blancarde in Marseille in 2017.
• Continuing training in emergency and intermediate care.
• Graduated as a Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming in 2025.
• Graduated as a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (in progress).

Flexible, sliding scale pricing:

The first introductory session costs CHF 130.

The price per session then decreases according to the number of sessions booked:

• Up to 3 sessions, each session costs CHF 120.-
• Between 3 and 5 sessions, each session costs CHF 110.-
• Beyond 5 sessions, each session costs CHF 100.-

If you already know how many sessions you want, you can book one of the following packages directly:

• "Walk" Package – 3 sessions
• "Excursion" Package – 5 sessions
• "Exploration" Package – 10 sessions

This package allows you to progress at your own pace, with personalized support tailored to your needs.

To get to the office:

• By car: 3 visitor parking spaces are located 20 meters from the entrance.
• By bus: No. 68, Lutry Colline stop, 2-minute walk.
• By train: La Conversion station, 5-minute walk.
