Sessions last one hour (100 CHF) and are intended for adults, adolescents, and young adults seeking to better understand themselves, strengthen self-esteem, overcome challenges (grief, heartbreak, burnout, etc.), or simply take care of their mental balance. Dunja Vulliemin uses tools from various clinical therapeutic approaches, adapting them to each situation.

The therapeutic relationship is based on a trusting alliance, in a warm and empathetic atmosphere.
