For __couples__, the aim is to help you understand what each of you has to learn from what the relationship reveals, and not to manage a crisis, which is more a matter of psychological support. Sessions last 75 min; I will adapt my schedule accordingly.
The __NOGUES__ method is a learning method (31 key profiles) oriented towards the __FUTURE.__ It's the ONLY approach that __deciphers__ symptoms, maladaptive behaviors and repeated negative situations into __BENEFITS__ for new learning __(see__ [__NOGUES method website__](https://methodenogues.net/)__, designer: Marie Francoise Nogues).__
__DETAILED DESCRIPTION__:
This cognitive-behavioral practice uses the infinite capacities of our cerebral plasticity. It is based on current knowledge in __neuroscience and on the 37 years of clinical experience of its designer__. The results of this research show that our acquired memories determine our behavior and __state of mind. These memories can be passed on from generation to generation (even if the traumas were not experienced by the person concerned). This is EPIGENETICS (the science that studies the genome and the influence of our context on the expression or otherwise of our genes, including the way we eat, our lifestyle, the people around us, etc.).__
This past, as well as our present, influences whether or not we can express our genes and maintain good health. It conditions us, but does not determine us!
It's this potential for __REVERSIBILITY__ of what's been passed down through the generations that I pass on to you during my sessions, so that you can use this new knowledge to guide you towards what you want to live and achieve.
__EDUCATION AND CV__: Federal diploma in physiotherapy in 1987 and multiple training courses, including certification in the Nogues method in 2010. For more details, see my website: axellesnakkers.com therapist. Born in 1964.
__OBJECTIVES AND KEYS__ : Become aware of how we perceive our reality; is it appropriate? Take __concrete action__ in our lives in line with our new learning. In this way, our __newly acquired skills__ can reactivate __our innate resources__ so that we can always adapt to our environment and fully realize ourselves through our desires and projects.
__HOW DOES A SESSION WORK?__
I ask precise questions that guide the person to recover the unconscious stresses reflected in their symptoms. We support and accompany the person in experiencing the emotional charge of what he or she represses (to avoid suffering) or ignores (things left unsaid, family secrets). Bringing this to light frees her own healing forces and enables her to find her capacity to act in full awareness. I build a tailor-made learning phrase to be put into practice during the 21 or 28 days between sessions.
