What inspires me time and time again about my work as a therapist is the energy and therapeutic effect that can be created simply by touching a body. I have been using massages myself for many years and am impressed by the effects they can have, as well as by how much knowledge of human nature you gain over time - an aspect that is incredibly important in order to provide patients with the best possible care. It is precisely these aspects, and of course working with people, that make this profession so special for me. For this reason, I gave up my original job as an architect, where I spent a lot of monotonous time in the office and at the computer, and started my therapeutic career. This led me via the fitness & wellness industry and my ongoing passion for Pilates to the fulfilling work as a massage therapist. In particular, my patience, empathy and ability to listen well are valuable companions. My calm, flexible nature makes it easy for me to adapt to situations. This is very important to me, because I want my patients to feel at ease and simply be in the situation. I particularly enjoy incorporating classic/therapeutic massage or pain therapy into treatments. I am also very interested in sports therapy - I myself come from a competitive sports background - or fascia therapy. Which form of treatment I use naturally always depends on the individual situation of my patients. Long-term, intensive cooperation builds the necessary trust that is needed to resolve complaints sustainably. In addition to the energetic work, I also take great pleasure in the fact that I am constantly getting to know new people, which always leads to new and interesting relationships. I am not a fan of finding "quick solutions", but believe that it is the long-term, intensive collaboration that creates the necessary closeness and trust needed to resolve complaints. This is particularly important to me in today's fast-moving world and is also reflected in my philosophy as a therapist. In my treatments, I experience time and again that there is a give and take between me and my patients - an exchange in which I invest a lot, but also receive a lot in return. We always learn more about ourselves and our health. The calmness and appreciation for the things that are really important can also be found in my private life. I like to take time for what really matters and, thanks to my life experience, I am very good at assessing what this means for me. I like to spend my free time in nature - preferably with my family! As a trainer and therapist of many years' standing, I provide my clients with sustainable support over a longer period of time. That's why you can buy a 10-ticket (10x 60 min) from me for CHF 1,200.00, which is valid for a maximum of 1 year.
