I offer personalized massage treatments adapted to each person's specific needs: muscular pain, sports recovery, stress management, digestive disorders or chronic tension.

My aim is to make massage accessible to everyone, whatever your background or condition. This is why my commitment extends beyond the walls of my practice, working with social and medico-social structures, mainly in Lausanne and Vevey.

What's more, I'm passionate about trail running, cycling and Hyrox. So I create bridges between the world of sport and that of massage, combining my two passions.

My techniques include:

• Classical massage for deep relaxation and overall muscle release.
• Sports massage for recovery, injury prevention and performance.
• Chi Nei Tsang, an abdominal massage that acts in depth on visceral and emotional tensions.
• Thai acupressure, to reactivate energy circulation and release myofascial tension.
• Cupping to relieve deep-tissue congestion and improve circulation.
• Trigger points to relieve chronic pain and localized muscular tension.

Recognized by ASCA, reimbursement is possible. Please ask your health insurance provider for details.

Rates are as follows:

• 1 hour: 120 Francs.
• 1h30: 150 francs.

A 20-franc discount is available for people without supplementary benefits, those receiving DI, AVS or unemployment benefits, and students.

The 5th massage is half price.

People who have the Caritas Culture Card benefit from 40% off all my massages.

To get to the office:

• La Tour-de-Peilz: The "La Tour-de-Peilz" train station is a 5-minute walk away / there are plenty of free parking spaces in the area, around L'Avenue des Alpes.
• Vevey: A 5-minute walk from Vevey train station, the "Cour-au-Chantre" bus stop (buses 201-202-290) is next to the office. The "Simplon" and "Old Town" parking lots are a 2-minute walk away, or the "Grand Place" parking lot is 5 minutes away. There are a few parking spaces in the surrounding streets.

For home massages, please contact me directly. Travel possible between Lausanne and Montreux, as far as Oron. A supplement of 20 Francs will be charged.
