I offer personalized massage treatments adapted to each person's specific needs: muscular pain, sports recovery, stress management, digestive disorders or chronic tension.

My aim is to make massage accessible to everyone, whatever your background or condition. This is why my commitment extends beyond the walls of my practice, working with social and medico-social structures, mainly in Lausanne and Vevey.

What's more, I'm passionate about trail running, cycling and Hyrox. So I create bridges between the world of sport and that of massage, combining my two passions.

My techniques include:

• Classical massage for deep relaxation and overall muscle release.
• Sports massage for recovery, injury prevention and performance.
• Chi Nei Tsang, an abdominal massage that acts in depth on visceral and emotional tensions.
• Thai acupressure, to reactivate energy circulation and release myofascial tension.
• Cupping to relieve deep-tissue congestion and improve circulation.
• Trigger points to relieve chronic pain and localized muscular tension.

Recognized by ASCA, reimbursement is possible. Please ask your health insurance provider for details.

Rates are as follows:

• 1 hour: 120 Francs.
• 1h30: 150 francs.

A 20-franc discount is available for people without supplementary benefits, those receiving DI, AVS or unemployment benefits, and students.

• 4-hand and duo massages with my colleague Joanna Molinari.
