### Presentation of the healthcare professional
As an ASCA-certified practitioner of classical massage and foot reflexology, I see patients at Espace Shanti, in the heart of Sion.
The most common reasons for consultation include: upper back tension, back pain, neck and shoulder stiffness, sports recovery, sleep disturbances, persistent fatigue, digestive issues, prolonged periods of stress, or simply the need to unwind.
Both of these services are ASCA-approved: most supplemental insurance plans cover them without a prescription. CHF 120 per 60-minute session; book online below.
I also offer naturopathic consultations (90 minutes, CHF 150.-) and advice on nutrition and medicinal herbs. My certification for these methods is pending: they are not covered by insurance and cannot be booked online. Please email or call me, and we’ll schedule an appointment.
