My professional path began with training in aesthetics at the Lausanne School of Aesthetics, then led me to specialize in __massage therapy (ECOVIE)__ and __therapeutic reflexology__, complemented by continuing education in techniques such as __hot stone massage__.
Each massage is tailored to your needs—whether it’s a __relaxing back massage__ to release stress or a __therapeutic treatment__ to ease physical tension. I rely on attentive listening to your body and sensations.
__Reflexology__ uses targeted acupressure on reflex zones of the feet to act on distant organs, helping to restore balance and provide deep relaxation.
I also offer __hot stone massages__ to deeply relax the muscles, and __candle massages__ with natural scents for a soft, nourishing, and sensory experience.
