• Therapeutic Massage : This massage aims to relax muscle tension to improve mobility and relieve pain. It is specific and tailored to each person and each issue.

• Prenatal Massage : This massage is specially designed for pregnant women; it helps relieve back pain and numbness in the legs. It also allows the expectant mother to take a moment just for herself. Baby also benefits from the massage's effects from the inside.

• Youth Massage : For students, apprentices, and young people under 20, learn to take care of your body and listen to it. A one-hour session at a gentle price for small budgets.

Massage promotes physical relaxation through targeted manual techniques that relieve muscle tension (neck, shoulders, back, lower back, legs). It helps release muscle tightness, improves blood and lymphatic circulation, and restores flexibility to the body.

It also works on mental relaxation by calming the nervous system and giving you space in your mind. This can help reduce stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, mental overload, and chronic fatigue (insomnia, restlessness, emotional exhaustion, etc.).

Finally, massage helps rebalance posture by releasing overused areas and improving body awareness. This helps prevent or alleviate postural imbalances often related to prolonged positions (sitting work, carrying loads, pregnancy, etc.).

Massages are not covered by either LAMal or supplementary insurance.

The cost of a massage ranges between:

• CHF 50 for students
• CHF 100 for 1 hour
• CHF 150 for 1.5 hours

Taking time to get a massage is offering yourself a break, a moment of reconnection with your body and mind. It's a real investment in your overall health, a gesture of prevention and self-care.
