My name is Manon Michellod, and I practice classical massage, a manual technique designed to release tension and blockages in soft tissues such as muscles, tendons and fascia, and to provide holistic support for the whole person.

My approach is based on listening, respect and kindness. My aim is to accompany you at every stage of your journey, whether it's for wellness, recovery, performance or support in a healing process.
