I am a graduate of the Professional Massage School in Gland and offer classic massage sessions, a gentle manual technique that helps relieve muscle tension, improve blood circulation, and promote physical and mental relaxation.

These treatments are designed for people suffering from muscle pain or stress, or those seeking a moment of well-being. They can also be incorporated into a preventive care regimen or used for physical recovery after exercise or other physical activity.

I also offer foot and/or hand reflexology sessions that stimulate specific points linked to the body’s organs to rebalance them and activate the body’s natural functions.

First consultation (classic massage, therapeutic massage, or reflexology): medical history review and personalized massage

75 minutes (110 CHF)

Follow-up session: (classic massage, therapeutic massage, or reflexology) 60 minutes (110 CHF)

Session for children, students, or AVS recipients: (classic massage, therapeutic massage, or reflexology) 60 minutes (100 CHF)

Coverage through your supplemental insurance may be available (check with your insurer).

• Classic massage treatments are recognized bythe ASCA and the RME.
• Foot reflexology is recognized by theASCA.

Currently studying lymphatic drainage, I also see patients who wish to try this method. Lymphatic drainage is highly recommended before and after surgery, as well as for heavy legs, recovery from tendinitis, constipation, headaches, and more. I’d be happy to advise you over the phone.
