In 2023 I graduated in classical massage.

Since then, I have been practicing in Lausanne and I continue to train in order to offer quality support and services.

Fascinated by the body and its many resources, passionate about outdoor activities, I have been practicing dance and climbing for many years. The experience of movement and the benefits of movement on the body strongly oriented my practice.

Through massage, it is possible to mobilize the body's resources that promote the release of physical and mental tension. Touch brings movement back to where the tissues no longer have the resources to be active.

-Classic massage:

Massage for therapeutic purposes, which relieves muscle pain and tension. It can help improve mobility.

Massage with relaxing and therapeutic properties. It promotes blood circulation and improves digestion and sleep quality.

-Sports massage:

Specific massage, which prepares the body for physical effort and promotes muscle recovery processes. Targeted techniques that promote tissue health before and after sports.

-Prenatal massage:

Gentle and enveloping massage, which relieves muscle tension that can arise during pregnancy and welcomes the changes that are happening in the body.

The practice is located in the sub-station district of Lausanne

. Accessible on foot from the train station. It is close to the M2 metro stop "Grancy" and the bus stop 1 "Epinettes".
