### Presentation of the healthcare professional
__I am a certified massage therapist, ASCA/RME-accredited, and recognized by Visana and most supplemental insurance providers (except CSS, Swica, and Helsana’s Sana plan). It__ is recommended that you always check with your insurance provider.
- I offer classic relaxing and therapeutic massages, Breuss massage, as well as reflexology sessions and massages for pregnant women.

- I am currently training in lymphatic drainage and am offering sessions at 50% of the regular rate.
__Therapeutic Massage__:
Through deep, targeted work, this massage addresses specific issues (back pain, sciatica, neck pain, muscle tension, joint pain, stress, etc.). This results not only in pain relief but also in improvements to the immune, circulatory, and digestive systems.
__Classic Relaxation Massage:__
This massage provides total emotional and mental relaxation, helping you regain your energy and serenity. It takes you on an inner journey to reconnect with yourself.
The result is a better mood and a unified, peaceful relationship with yourself and your body. It reduces anxiety and depression and helps with sleep problems.
It is suitable for everyone—children, adults, and seniors—who wish to release daily tensions, take a break, and enjoy some “me time.”
__The Breuss Massage__:
This is a gentle, deep back massage that stretches and spaces out the vertebrae through slow movements along the spine. By acting on the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, it triggers a deep relaxation response. It also works on other levels by releasing existing blockages. It is recommended for spinal conditions, back tension, and stress.
__Reflexology__:
Foot reflexology stimulates the body’s self-regulatory abilities. Each area of the foot corresponds to an organ, a gland, or a specific part of your body. Through precise, targeted touch, reflexology works deeply to release tension and rebalance the immune, endocrine, and autonomic nervous systems, among others. It is recommended for any type of long-term health issue, such as stress, insomnia, anxiety, migraines, digestive disorders, perimenopausal symptoms, inflammatory diseases, and more.
Payment is due in cash or via Twint at the end of each session.
