Massage services:

I offer personalized massage treatments tailored to each individual's specific needs: muscular pain, sports recovery, stress management, digestive disorders or chronic tension.

My aim is to make massage accessible to everyone, whatever your background or condition. This is why my commitment extends beyond the walls of my practice, working with social and medico-social structures, mainly in Lausanne and Vevey.

What's more, I'm passionate about trail running, cycling and Hyrox. I therefore create bridges between the world of sport and that of massage, combining my two passions.

My techniques include :

• Classic massage for deep relaxation and overall muscle release.
• Sports massage for recovery, injury prevention and performance.
• Chi Nei Tsang, an abdominal massage that acts in depth on visceral and emotional tensions.
• Thai acupressure, to reactivate energy circulation and release myofascial tension.
• Cupping to relieve deep-tissue congestion and improve circulation.
• Trigger points to relieve chronic pain and localized muscular tension.

Recognized byASCA, reimbursement is possible. Please ask your health insurance provider for details.

Rates are as follows:

• 1 hour: 120 Francs.
• 1h30: 150 francs.

A 20-franc discount is available for people with no complementary health insurance, those on IV, AVS or unemployment benefits, and students.

After 4 massages, the 5th massage is half price.

Caritas Culture Card holders benefit from a 40% discount on all my treatments.

• Participation in sporting events (Montreux Trail Festival, Swiss Peak, Grand Raid du Guillestrois, Simba Run, Swiss Canyon Trail, etc.).
• Intervention at music festivals (Caribana Festival, Court-Circuit Festival...).

How to get to the practice:

• Cabinet Thérapie/Bien-Être : next to the Copet stadium, 8/10 minute walk from the train station, Bus 202 stop "Avenue de Corsier".
• Cabinet Focus: 5-minute walk from Vevey station, bus stop "Cour-au-Chantre" (bus 201-202-290) next to the cabinet. Simplon" and "Vieille ville" parking lots 2 minutes' walk away, or "Grande Place" parking lot 5 minutes away. Some parking spaces in nearby streets.

For home massages, please contact me directly. Travel possible between Lausanne and Montreux, as far as Oron. A supplement of 20 francs will be charged.
