My approach combines a number of natural, empirical techniques, most of which come from traditional Asian medicine:

• Classical massage therapy: relieves muscular pain, boosts the immune system, reconnects you with your body and emotions.
• Foot reflexology and TCM acupressure: activates reflex zones to improve the functioning of internal organs.
• Cupping (TCM): detox of tissues, release of physiological, emotional and energetic blockages.
• Reiki: Japanese energy cleansing and treatment to harmonise energy flows.
• Fasciatherapy: gentle release of deep-rooted tension and energy rebalancing.

To dive deeper in your healing journey, I could aslo suggest the HolotropicBreathwork sessions: a transpersonal therapy created in 1968 by the psychiatrist Stanislas Grof, aimed at the emotional release of cell and body memories, a travel into the state of altered consciousness, where you're able to receive messages from your body and rediscover a state of deep calm, with the simple use of guided breathing.
