Consultations include three complementary approaches:

Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rhythmic massage designed to stimulate the lymphatic system. It helps eliminate toxins, reduce swelling, and alleviate symptoms such as water retention or heavy legs. It is also recommended before and after certain surgeries.

Classical massage promotes muscle relaxation, stress relief, and improved circulation. It also supports better sleep and overall well-being. Each session is tailored based on an initial discussion.
