I'm Sou'al, a massage therapist, yoga teacher and woman with a passion for holistic well-being. I welcome you to the Fribourg region for massages and yoga classes. Spaces dedicated to well-being, far from the stresses of everyday life.

My treatments are for you if you suffer from

• stress, insomnia, headaches
• chronic or occasional aches and pains
• muscular, nervous or tendon tension
• digestive problems
• emotional blockages

And if you don't feel any of these things? You're just as welcome in my home! You're entitled to a moment of pleasure, a break just for you.

Practical info

• I welcome you at Institut MK, Allée Paul Cantonneau 5, Givisiez (5 min. drive from Grange-Paccot, Belfaux, Corminboeuf and Villars-sur-Glâne).
• Private parking spaces in front of the entrance or bus stops just a few minutes' walk away (line 8, Toutvent stop, or line 9, Jo Siffert stop).
• Available Tuesday & Friday (on request, other times possible)
• Prices: 100.- 60 min I 120.- 90 min
• Payment in cash or by Twint
