I'm Sou'al, a massage therapist, yoga teacher and woman with a passion for holistic well-being. I welcome you to the Fribourg region for massages and yoga classes. Spaces dedicated to well-being, far from the stresses of everyday life.

My treatments are for you if you suffer from

• stress, insomnia, headaches
• chronic or occasional aches and pains
• muscular, nervous or tendon tension
• digestive problems
• emotional blockages

And if you don't feel any of these things? You're just as welcome in my home! You're entitled to a moment of pleasure, a break just for you.

• I welcome you at Institut MK, Allée Paul Cantonneau 5, Givisiez (5 min. drive from Grange-Paccot, Belfaux, Corminboeuf and Villars-sur-Glâne).
• Private parking spaces in front of the entrance or bus stops just a few minutes' walk away (line 8, Toutvent stop, or line 9, Jo Siffert stop).
• Available Tuesday & Friday (on request, other times possible)
• Prices: 100.- 60 min I 120.- 90 min
• Payment by cash or Twint

Each time we meet, I take the time to listen to you. Sensation, emotions, sleep, digestion... I leave nothing to chance and try to find out how you feel, right now, in the moment. So that I can offer you a customized treatment, adapted to what you're going through.

Quality

Derived from classical massage, my techniques combine movement, breathing and touch to soothe the body and lighten the spirit.

Enveloping gestures, soothing ambience, organic oils... every detail is thought out to offer you a memorable client experience. Quality, holistic care.

Respect

I massage, but you guide. My goal: to offer you a space where you feel fully respected. Depth of pressure, warmth of oil, intensity of light, volume of music... You're free to ask for any adjustment.

When I massage, I never pretend. I'm here. Whole and available. Anchored like the women I admire. Not because they try too hard, but because they know exactly why they're there.

I'm here. For you. With you. I'm here to offer you a space to put down what you're wearing. A space where your body can calm down, your mind can lighten up, your soul can rest.
