__Amandine Sottas - Classical massage practitioner__
A registered nurse since 2018 and a certified massage therapist since 2021, she supports her customers with a holistic approach, combining medical expertise and massage techniques tailored to each individual's physical and emotional needs.
She offers targeted, personalized massages ranging from complete relaxation, for deep release of body and mind, to express relaxation ideal for quickly relieving upper back tension. She also performs deep-tissue massages to release painful muscular areas, as well as preparatory, maintenance and recovery sports massages. Hot cupping completes her approach, promoting circulation and deep muscle relaxation. Thanks to her ongoing training, particularly in trigger point therapy, she can provide effective support for chronic or occasional pain.
Calm, gentle and attentive, Amandine creates a reassuring environment where each session is designed to bring relaxation, comfort and well-being, while supporting the body's recovery and balance.

Practice located in Giffers, approx. 10 minutes from Marly and 15 minutes from Fribourg, accessible by car and public transport.
Bus stop: Giffers, Coop, Dorfstrasse.
The massage takes place in a dedicated room in my home, in a residential building.
Entrance via the Coop parking lot when the store is open. Outside opening hours, access via the entrance at the bottom of the building, on the right, next to the mailboxes (ring the intercom at: Amandine Sottas).
Free parking available to the right of the building or under the Coop parking garage.
