I like to think of myself as offering you a bubble of well-being and relaxation every time you visit. It's important for me to know what you're looking for, so that I can personalize the massage according to your desires: the need to work the muscles after a sports session, work-related tension or the simple desire to feel good & relaxed. I learned the basics of Swedish massage and sports massage in South Africa, then in Australia, where I followed various levels of Kahuna massage. My massages are a blend of different techniques learned over time and enable me to offer you a massage attentive to your body's ailments and your specific needs.

The different treatments on offer:

• Personalized massage

Entirely tailored to your needs, this massage combines several techniques, including Swedish massage and kahuna, to deliver a deep, gentle massage. It can be relaxing, sporty or deep-tissue, depending on your level of tension

and yourgoals. This customized treatment promotes muscular relaxation, physical recovery and nervous system balance.

• Prenatal massage

A specific treatment for pregnant women, prenatal massage accompanies the body through its transformations. It helps relieve tension in the back, pelvis and legs, while improving blood and lymph circulation. Performed with appropriate yet deep strokes, it brings soothing comfort and deep relaxation.

• Lymphatic drainage (according to Vodder)

A gentle technique designed to stimulate lymph circulation. Slow, rhythmic movements help reduce swelling,

improve thebody's natural detoxificationand support the immune system. The result is a sensation of lightness and deep well-being.

• Myo active facial massage

Facial massage technique with an intra-oral section that acts on facial muscles, microcirculation and deep tissues. It firms the skin, smoothes features and releases tension. The result is a natural lifting effect, a luminous complexion and a deep sense of relaxation.

CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY

Cancellations can be made by telephone, e-mail or by logging into your onedoc.ch account.

If you are unable to attend, please give me at least 24 hours' notice so that I can offer your slot to a third party. No fee will be charged if you respect this deadline.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a fee equivalent to 50% of the price of the massage will apply. In this case, you can also suggest the appointment to someone you know. This will allow me to host the massage for you, thus avoiding the cancellation fee.

LATENESS POLICY

I allow 30 minutes between appointments. This time is necessary to offer you a moment of exchange before and/or after your treatment, and to prepare the room for the next appointment. Any delay may therefore have an impact on future appointments.

If you are more than five minutes late, the treatment time will be reduced so as not to inconvenience the next person. However, the full treatment will be billed.

I also reserve the right to cancel your appointment without compensation if you are too late. Please remember to anticipate your travel and parking times, and to inform me of any delays on the way.
