Introduction

Hello,

A certified massage therapist since 2018, I am pleased to welcome you to my practice, where I offer treatments in classic Swedish massage. Its main benefits include:

• Relief of muscle tension and joint pain
• Improved blood circulation
• Support for healthy digestion
• Reduction of stress and anxiety
• Enhanced body awareness and spatial perception

The relaxing and revitalizing effects are generally immediate. A single session can feel as beneficial as a gentle workout, helping to maintain balance across the body’s systems.

In addition to massage, I also integrate techniques learned through continuing education, such as the use of essential oils, energetic rebalancing through magnetism, and certain techniques inspired by Tui-Na, Abhyanga, and sports massage. These various approaches allow me to treat each person holistically—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

As I am recognized by ASCA, RME, and EGK, my massages may be reimbursed by certain Swiss complementary insurance providers. However, please check with your insurer to confirm that classic massage is covered, and note that I do not hold the federal diploma in medical massage.
