Mr Anton Nesterov 

My journey in massage therapy began in 2004 and has since become a true calling. With a degree in restorative sports medicine, I have a deep understanding of how the body responds to stress, physical load, and injury—and how to restore it as effectively as possible.

Today, I serve as a massage therapist for the Geneve Servette Hockey Club. My clients include professional hockey players, bodybuilding and fitness athletes, as well as people who simply want to live without pain and move freely.

In my work, I rely on extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, allowing me to accurately identify the causes of muscular issues and choose the most effective treatment techniques.

Each session includes:

• deep muscle and fascia work;

• recovery after physical exertion;

• reduction of chronic pain and muscular tension;

• relaxation the body feels immediately.

I help people return to their best state—strong, mobile, and free.
