Originally from the Vallée de Joux, my unconventional career path—from studying humanities at the University of Fribourg to working as a butcher, and then as a mountain hut caretaker—ultimately led me to train as a medical massage therapist. Passionate about the human body, movement, and outdoor activities, I incorporate these values into the heart of my practice. Today, I support __many athletes in their recovery,__ injury prevention, and__performance optimization.__ However, I equally enjoy adapting to a variety of situations and supporting each person according to their needs, whether related to a medical condition, everyday stress, or simply __taking care of their health.__ I am currently continuing my training with the goal__of obtaining the federal certification as a medical massage therapist in October 2027.__ This step is part of my commitment to expanding my knowledge and continuing to provide tailored care, grounded in solid expertise and a patient-centered approach. My passion for __the mountains and outdoor activities__ also __enriches__ my practice. It allows me to better understand the physical demands my patients face and to support them with attentiveness, compassion, and professionalism as they work toward their health or athletic goals.
