### Presentation of the healthcare professional
I'm a massage therapist and fitness trainer based in La Sarraz, at The Move Hub, a space dedicated to health, movement and sustainable performance.
I accompany both competitive athletes and active people wishing to better manage tension, improve recovery or regain better physical balance on a daily basis.
My approach to therapeutic massage is based on a holistic understanding of the body, movement and the physical constraints of sport and daily life. Each session is tailored to the needs of the moment: muscular pain, tension, overload, sports recovery or prevention.
Thanks to my field experience in physical preparation and sports coaching, I use massage as a genuine tool for personalized follow-up, and not just as a one-off moment of relaxation. My aim is to help each person recover better, move better and maintain lasting performance in their activities.
I offer sports and therapeutic massages tailored to each individual's needs, with a human, professional and individualized approach.
Based in La Sarraz, I also work in collaboration with various health and sports professionals to offer coherent and complementary support when needed.
Taking the time to listen, to understand how the body works and to support people over the long term is an integral part of my way of working.
