### Presentation of the healthcare professional
I am a certified professional massage therapist and I work with a holistic and scientifically based approach. In my work, the person, their complaints, and their individual situation are the focus.
In addition to classical therapeutic massage, I also include elements of Hilot therapy, a traditional Filipino treatment method. It is based on mindful touch, targeted work on the musculoskeletal system, and a holistic view of the body.
It is important for me to create a calm and trusting atmosphere where patients feel comfortable and well cared for.
The goal of my treatments is to reduce pain in a lasting way, improve mobility, and support physical well-being.
I work according to high professional and hygiene standards. Classical massage is recognized by health insurance. Other treatments are for self-paying clients.
