### Presentation of the healthcare professional
My name is Christophe, I'm 47 years old and I've been living in the broye fribourgeoise since 2020.
As a polymechanic for more than 20 years, I've learned so much in a world where you have to go faster and faster, that it became obvious to me to take time out and help people take time for themselves. With this in mind, I trained to become a Personal Trainer in 2019. Subsequently, I trained as a Reiki, Shinzu (energy-based) massage and Massage Therapist, completing my training in 2025.
Listening to people and showing kindness are very important words for me in this profession. To continue to evolve with the aim of enhancing the well-being of every patient who passes through my hands, in 2027 I will begin my Masseur Médical training.

I look forward to meeting you and doing my utmost to help you.
