She offers support tailored to the needs of each patient, with a choice of massages personalized for each situation:
- Relaxing Californian massage: thanks to its soothing effect on the nervous system, it promotes better quality sleep. It reduces stress and anxiety, stimulating the production of endorphins, the hormones of happiness.
- Manual lymphatic drainage: following surgery, reduces edema, relieves circulatory problems and heavy legs, helps limit cellulite formation, strengthens the immune system, improves healing functions...
- Foot massage and reflexology.
- Deep Tissue Massage: relieves deep muscle tension, reduces chronic pain, improves recovery and sports performance. It promotes digestion and lowers levels of the stress hormone cortisol.
- Massage for pregnant women: adapted to expectant mothers for a moment of secure well-being.
- Seated massage: ideal for companies, with a minimum of 3 participants.
