These experiences have led me to develop a deep understanding of the body and its messages. Today, I accompany people with gentleness, kindness and respect for their rhythm, in a safe space where body, emotions and mind can re-harmonize. ## __What are my different approaches?__ - Classical massage - Kinesiology for adults, children and small pets - Touch for Health (Health through Touch) __Classical massage__ is a manual technique that uses gliding, kneading, friction and tapping movements to relax the whole body, improve circulation and relieve muscular tension, and is the basis for many other modern approaches to well-being. __Kinesiology__ is a recognized method of Complementary Therapy. It helps to increase well-being, strengthen mental capacities and heal holistically. The method combines the knowledge of Western medicine with that of Eastern teachings. __Santé par le Toucher" (SPT), or__ [__Touch for Health (TFH)__](https://www.gokinesio.fr/formation-sante-par-le-toucher/)__, is__ a kinesiology method developed by John Thie in the 1970s, aimed at rebalancing stress and vital energy through muscle testing and simple manual techniques (pressure, massage) linked to the energy meridians. I'm ASCA-accredited for classical massage.
